Abstract

This study examines the economic efficiency of implementing integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems in the service sector. The research focuses on evaluating cost reduction, productivity improvement, and return on investment (ROI) resulting from ERP adoption. The findings indicate that ERP systems significantly enhance operational performance and contribute to long-term financial sustainability.
