In recent years, education systems around the world have been undergoing a rapid digital transformation. Artificial intelligence (AI) technologies have entered almost every field of human activity, including education. Intelligent tutoring systems such as ChatGPT, Khanmigo, and Duolingo Max have introduced a new era in how students learn and interact with educational content. However, the integration of AI in the classroom requires more than just technological adaptation — it requires an understanding of its psychological impact. AI-based teaching can significantly influence learners’ motivation, emotional states, self-efficacy, and attitudes toward learning. This article explores the psychological aspects of teaching with AI, examining both its benefits and limitations, and emphasizes the importance of maintaining the human element in education. The study also considers how emotional and cognitive factors shape student experiences when interacting with AI.
