Abstract

This paper explores the critical role of intellectual property (IP) in the development of the logistics sector. As logistics increasingly relies on innovation, technology, and digital solutions, the protection of intellectual assets such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets becomes essential. The study highlights how IP rights encourage innovation, enhance competitiveness, and contribute to operational efficiency within logistics companies. Furthermore, the paper discusses the implications of IP in supply chain management, smart logistics systems, and international trade. It concludes that effective IP management is a strategic asset in ensuring sustainable growth and technological advancement in the logistics industry.
