Abstract

This article discusses the issues of improving clothing design methods for children with developmental differences. It analyzes the necessity of taking into account the anatomical, physiological, and psychological characteristics of children in the development of adaptive clothing. The study examines the functional, ergonomic, hygienic, and aesthetic requirements for garments intended for children with musculoskeletal disorders, cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorders, Down syndrome, and sensory developmental differences. The findings highlight the importance of designing adaptive clothing that meets the specific needs of these children and contributes to improving their quality of life and social inclusion.
