This article examines the importance of developing social infrastructure as a key factor in improving the welfare and quality of life of the population. The study analyzes the role of state social policy in enhancing education, healthcare, housing and communal services, communication systems, and social protection mechanisms. Particular attention is paid to the development of rural social infrastructure and the implementation of innovative management strategies aimed at ensuring sustainable socio-economic development. The article also highlights the significance of regional infrastructure reforms, investment support, and effective governance mechanisms in increasing public welfare. Scientific conclusions and practical recommendations are proposed for improving the efficiency of social infrastructure management in Uzbekistan.
