In addition, the article examines modern educational reforms and reveals the significance of flexible management systems, competency-based education, project-based learning, and global educational cooperation in the process of educational modernization. The article concludes that innovative educational management contributes to improving the quality and effectiveness of education, increasing the competitiveness of educational institutions, developing students’ practical skills, and ensuring sustainable educational development in the modern era.
