The article highlights the role of innovative technologies in the formation of speech of primary school students. Against the backdrop of today's rapid progress and innovations in the field of education, the possibilities of improving the process of speech development in children and enriching the language and speech environment through the use of modern innovative technologies are being deeply analyzed. With the help of interactive topics, information and communication technologies, multimedia, digital platforms and modern tools created through the creative approach of the teacher, the elements of vocabulary, clear and correct expression, independent thinking and verbal communication are effectively formed in students. Based on scientific analysis, existing experiments, and methodological proposals, innovative technologies are highlighted, along with their practical capabilities and specific aspects in speech formation.
