Abstract

This paper analyzes the relationship between welfare and social equity in Uzbekistan, focusing on state policies aimed at improving the quality of life and reducing social disparities. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study examines government programs, socioeconomic data, and international benchmarks to assess the effectiveness of current strategies. Findings reveal progress in poverty reduction and access to social services, but also highlight persistent inequalities related to income, gender, and regional disparities. Recommendations are made to strengthen policy coherence and inclusive development.
