Abstract

In this thesis, the formation and gradual development of the legislation on the liquidation of legal entities in the Republic of Uzbekistan is analyzed from a scientific perspective. The study explores the evolution of this legal institution in the post-independence period, its regulatory and legal framework, as well as its close interrelation with economic reforms. In addition, the improvement of liquidation procedures, the mechanisms of voluntary and compulsory liquidation, the institution of bankruptcy, and the significance of digitalization processes are comprehensively examined. Based on my personal analysis, scientifically grounded conclusions and proposals for further development of this institution are put forward.
