Abstract

This article analyzes the essence of international competition, its contemporary manifestations in the global market, and its impact on company management. It substantiates that globalization, digitalization, the restructuring of supply chains, and the dynamic transformation of consumer demand are compelling management to reconsider traditional administrative approaches. The study also highlights the distinctive features of the influence of international competition on strategic management, innovation activity, personnel policy, marketing decisions, and risk management. The article demonstrates that, in order to ensure sustainable competitiveness, companies need organizational adaptability, data-driven decision-making, stronger brand capital, and systematic investment in human capital.
