Abstract

This article develops an original framework for designing development strategies in large corporations operating under volatility, technological disruption and rising stakeholder expectations. The study argues that large-company strategy should be understood as a capability-allocation system rather than a static long-term plan. It integrates five dimensions: strategic diagnosis, growth architecture, digital and AI-enabled transformation, execution governance, and resilience-based performance management. The article shows that large corporations create superior value when they combine scale advantages with organizational agility, portfolio discipline and continuous learning. Special attention is given to the role of data infrastructure, leadership alignment, operating-model redesign, ecosystem partnerships and ESG-sensitive governance.
