Abstract

This article analyzes effective management pathways for small-scale entrepreneurial activity in the context of market competition, digital change, and institutional development. The study focuses on strategic management, financial stability, customer relations, digital transformation, cooperation networks, and human capital development as the key pillars of entrepreneurial efficiency. The analysis demonstrates that the competitiveness and sustainability of small enterprises are determined by management quality, the ability to adapt internally, and the extent of integration with the external environment.
