Abstract

This article investigates the organizational mechanisms of employee management within enterprises and assesses their influence on operational efficiency. Particular attention is given to the role of organizational structure, motivation systems, performance evaluation, and internal communication processes. The findings indicate that the coordinated and integrated application of these mechanisms significantly enhances overall organizational performance. The study underscores the importance of adopting a systematic and strategically aligned approach to human resource management in order to achieve sustainable organizational effectiveness.
