DEVELOPING STUDENTS’ SPEAKING SKILLS IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNING

Speaking is one of the most essential skills in language learning. It allows learners to communicate their ideas, thoughts, and emotions effectively. However, many students experience difficulties when speaking English due to lack of confidence, limited vocabulary, and insufficient practice. The purpose of this study is to explore effective methods for developing students’ speaking skills in English language classrooms. The research focuses on communicative language teaching, interactive activities, and the use of technology in the learning process. The findings show that regular speaking practice, supportive classroom environments, and modern teaching techniques significantly improve students’ speaking competence. The article also provides recommendations for teachers to help students overcome speaking anxiety and develop their communicative abilities.
