This study examines how female creative subjectivity is shaped and expressed in different cultural and historical contexts through the works of Virginia Woolf, a seminal figure in English modernist literature, and Anbar Otin, an influential Uzbek poet. By analyzing selected excerpts from their writings, this paper explores how societal norms, gender roles, and access to education inform women's literary voices, revealing both universal and culturally specific aspects of female creativity
