Abstract

This article examines the use of slang and informal language in youth communication. It analyzes how young people express their identity, emotions, and social belonging through non-standard language forms. The study also explores the influence of digital media, social networks, and globalization on the development and spread of youth slang. The article highlights both the positive and negative effects of informal language on standard language norms.
