DESIGNING ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR INCREASING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF STUDENT MANAGEMENT

Abstract

This thesis scientifically examines the methodological and pedagogical foundations for designing organizational and pedagogical conditions to enhance the effectiveness of student management in higher education institutions. Student management is analyzed as a multi-component pedagogical system, and methods for designing organizational and pedagogical conditions that ensure effective management are discussed. The article identifies the main organizational and pedagogical factors aimed at improving management effectiveness and develops priority directions and methodological recommendations for their implementation.
