Abstract

This article provides a theoretical and practical analysis of optimizing costs in micro and small enterprises through the implementation of the Kaizen and 5S systems. The study explores mechanisms for effectively managing costs by reducing waste, increasing labor productivity, organizing workspaces, and enhancing employee involvement in operational improvements. Case studies of local enterprises demonstrate that the integration of Kaizen and 5S leads to significant economic benefits for small businesses and supports sustainable development through continuous improvement.
