Abstract

The article is devoted to the life and work of Ivan Sergeevich Turgenev, an outstanding Russian writer of the 19th century, a master of psychological prose and realistic art. The work analyzes the main stages of his life, key works, as well as the influence of his work on the development of Russian literature.
