Cerebral blood circulation is of vital importance for human life and brain function, and its impairment can lead to various neurological disorders, including ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes. This article analyzes the anatomy of the cerebral blood supply, including the internal carotid artery (arteria carotis interna) and vertebral arteries (arteria vertebralis), as well as the clinical significance of the Circle of Willis. In addition, the types of cerebral circulatory disorders, their pathophysiology, and clinical manifestations are discussed. The article emphasizes the importance of an in-depth study of cerebral circulation in the prevention of stroke and other neurological disorders, as well as in early diagnosis and effective treatment.
