STRUCTURAL-FUNCTIONAL MODEL OF THE STUDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON A CONCEPTUAL MODEL

This article analyzes the conceptual model of the student management system in higher education institutions. The student management system is a complex pedagogical mechanism that organizes academic and social activities in an integrated manner, and its effectiveness is an important factor determining the quality of the pedagogical system. The article highlights the structural-functional components of the student management system, their interrelations and integration, as well as the system’s scientific and practical significance.
Through an expanded approach, the conceptual model includes strategic, organizational, functional, resources, and monitoring blocks, with a detailed analysis of each block’s tasks and its impact on system effectiveness. The practical application of the model enables the development of students’ self-management skills, the scientific substantiation of pedagogical decision-making, and the improvement of management effectiveness in higher education institutions. Additionally, the article provides the scientific foundations and practical recommendations of the conceptual model, along with suggestions for optimizing the pedagogical process in higher education.
